Aroma: Ripe red fruits, brown cane sugar, floral, citric, chocolate.

The producer of this lot is Arnold Pineda, born in Santa Cruz, Lempira. He works in the farm together with his wife and four children. The farm has an area of 1.74 ha dedicated to coffee production.

Arnold Pineda also has 2 ha of coffee under seeming, with coffee trees that do not product any fruit at the moment and until 3 years.

The wet mill is located on the farm. Coffee cherries are brought there on the same day of collection.

The drying process is done in African beds for 15-18 days, moving every 30 minutes.
