History of the farm:

Buena Vista Natural coffee comes from El Molino farm, one of the most important and significant estates of the JASAL group. The brand Buena Vista was chosen is a very selective coffee from the most productive bourbon and pacas trees of the farm. JASAL started the Buena Vista project by placing extra close attention to a very selective harvest of homogenous ripe cherries from the farm, which in turn allowed JASAL to offer this fantastic coffee.

The importance of selective picking has become part of the company’s culture and success. Time and effort goes into training and education pickers on the best ways to select only ripened cherries. JASAL emphasizes the fact that top quality coffee comes from the farm itself in addition to the way the cherries are treated and picked.
